Thanks for visiting! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with teens, adults, couples, and families. I provide evidence-based therapies for issues of childhood trauma, intimacy/attachment problems, depression, anxiety, PTSD/CPTSD, substance use and co-occurring disorders, dysfunctional family dynamics, and relationship struggles. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship can be the foundation for you to find healing in your other relationships. I orient from an Attachment Theory lens and utilize client-centered interventions from EFT, CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy approaches. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for clients with qualifying diagnoses, as well and Psychedelic Integrative Therapy.
Client-Centered Therapy, also known as Person-Centered Therapy, is a therapeutic approach that focuses on creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. In this approach, my role is to listen empathetically, provide genuine understanding, and respect your perspective. By fostering a safe and accepting space, the goal is to help you build self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal growth. This therapy is built on the belief that you have the inner resources and capacity for self-healing, and my job is to support and guide you in accessing and utilizing these strengths.
Attachment theory explores how the emotional bonds we form with our primary caregivers in childhood shape how we relate to others throughout life. These early relationships influence our sense of safety, trust, and self-worth, and can affect how we connect with partners, friends, and even ourselves. In therapy, understanding your attachment style can help us explore patterns in relationships, uncover past wounds, and work towards building healthier, more secure connections. The goal is to create more fulfilling relationships by addressing these underlying attachment dynamics.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is a therapeutic approach for adults where low doses of ketamine are used to help enhance the therapeutic process. The medication can help access deeper emotional insights and reduce mental barriers, making therapy more effective for certain issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse or trauma. I work closely with a company called Journey Clinical, which employs psychiatrists who conduct thorough evaluations and prescribe the ketamine. I am not a medical doctor and do not administer or prescribe the medication, but I will be by your side to guide you therapeutically as you experience its effects, ensuring you feel supported throughout the process and maximize the amount of insight and healing you take away from your sessions.
Psychedelic integrative therapy involves supporting adult clients who have had psychedelic experiences, either in therapeutic settings or on their own, to make sense of and integrate these experiences into their everyday life. It’s not about using the substance itself, but rather helping you process any insights, emotions, or challenges that may have arisen during your psychedelic journey. As a therapist, I provide a safe space to explore how these experiences can contribute to your healing, personal growth, and overall mental health. The goal is to ensure the experience becomes a meaningful and constructive part of your therapeutic journey.
Narrative therapy is based on the idea that the stories we tell about ourselves shape how we see the world and our place in it. In this approach, we work together to explore the narratives you’ve formed about your life, especially the ones that may feel limiting or negative. By examining and reshaping these stories, you can gain a new perspective, highlight your strengths, and create more empowering and fulfilling narratives. The goal is to help you become the author of your own life, making room for growth, healing, and positive change.
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) is a powerful approach that helps individuals and couples explore and process their emotions to create deeper healing and change. For individuals, EFT focuses on uncovering emotional patterns and attachment wounds that may be holding you back, guiding you towards healthier emotional responses and self-awareness. My role is to help you understand these patterns, process difficult emotions, and find ways to heal through your relationships.
For couples, EFT helps both partners recognize and address negative cycles in their relationship, often rooted in unmet emotional needs or attachment wounds. By fostering empathy, open communication, and emotional connection, I work with you to strengthen your bond and create a more secure and fulfilling relationship.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a structured approach that helps you manage difficult emotions and improve relationships through specific skills. It focuses on four key areas: mindfulness (staying present), distress tolerance (coping with crises), emotion regulation (managing intense feelings), and interpersonal effectiveness (improving communication). In DBT, we work together to find a balance between accepting your current situation while also making positive changes. It’s particularly helpful if you feel overwhelmed by emotions or struggle with relationships, and the goal is to help you build a life that feels more stable and fulfilling.
Currently, I only provide therapy virtually.
I am currently in the process of acquiring office space to be able to provide therapy in person

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can be a valuable option for addressing trauma, PTSD, and CPTSD in adults. This approach uses ketamine to help access and process difficult emotions and memories, often leading to profound breakthroughs. It can enhance traditional therapy by facilitating deeper emotional work and promoting healing when other methods have been challenging.

If you or I believe ketamine-assisted psychotherapy might be beneficial and appropriate for you, I will refer you to Journey Clinical. There, medical doctors, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, will evaluate your situation and determine your eligibility. Common qualifying diagnoses include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. They will also handle the prescribing of the medication if it's deemed suitable for your needs.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit. Individual therapy sessions are $175 per hour. For couples and family therapy, the rates range from $195 to $245 for sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. Sliding scale rates are available on a limited, as-needed basis. For ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, prices vary. My rates reflect my efforts to provide in-between session check-ins/coaching via text or email and coordination with your other providers. While I am not currently in-network with any insurance companies, I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
