I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Bay Area native, and I approach this work as a human first and a therapist second. I don’t believe therapy is about sitting across from a blank
slate—it’s about building a relationship where both of us can show up with honesty, curiosity, and sometimes even humor. Healing begins in that space of connection, where we join together in our humanness to create the possibility of change.
My work is grounded in attachment theory and draws from narrative therapy, internal family systems, dialectical behavioral therapy, and emotion-focused therapy for couples. For some, this may also include the use of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy or psychedelic integrative therapy, woven into the process as a way to deepen insight and open new pathways for growth. However therapy looks for you, my hope is that our work together feels safe, collaborative, and deeply human—a place where you can find healing in yourself and in your relationships.
